Cancellations and Refunds
- We accept cancellation requests only if submitted at least 5 days prior to the scheduled safari date. Cancellations made less than 5 days before the safari date are not eligible for a refund.
- To be eligible for a refund, your booking must not have been partially or fully utilized (e.g., safari already started).
- If your cancellation is approved, we will refund 70% of your payment to your original payment method. The remaining 30% is non-refundable to cover administrative and operational costs.
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after approval. Note that it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Refundable Bookings
Certain bookings are non-refundable, including:
- Bookings canceled less than 5 days before the safari date.
- Special promotional packages or discounted rates.
- Fees for third-party services (e.g., park entrance fees) already paid on your behalf.
Rescheduling
If you’d like to reschedule your safari instead of canceling, please contact our team at least 5 days before your booked date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees if the new date falls under a different pricing tier.
Cancellations Due to Weather or Unforeseen Circumstances
In the rare event that we cancel a safari due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances (e.g., wildlife restrictions), we’ll offer you a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
